This privacy policy is written for you, the user, to understand how Reverse Tide LLC, Reverse Tide, or any of its websites (reversetide.com) collects information in relation to your visit. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please contact us at compliance@reversetide.com.

I. Personal Information Collection
Reverse Tide offers several products and services. All paid courses are taught through Udemy.com. We have access to any information Udemy gives us but we do not use it on this site. All information is stored within Udemy’s servers and is only used to provide course analytics and communicate with students. Please refer to Udemy’s privacy policy for all details on their information collection and usage.

We now offer three services – Resume Review, A Full Professional Portfolio Review, and an Education & Career Consultation. When signing up for any of these services, you agree that you are willingly providing all the information contained within the sign-up form, payment, and any documentation or communication as part of this service. All information is kept confidential and is used solely within the confines of the service’s scope. We do not sell any information to third parties and do not disclose any personal details without your express written permission. All payments are handled through a third party (Paypal) and no financial information is collected by Reverse Tide beyond receipt of payment.

II. Email List
Reverse Tide collects email information from those providing their name and email address on this site. We do this only with permission and do not sell or disclose your name or email address to any third parties. You can opt out of receiving email directly from Reverse Tide at any time and we will delete record of your information.

III. Voluntary Contact
Reverse Tide has several email accounts where users can contact us. If you contact us and disclose any information via email, this will be retained in our email history for documentation purposes only. We will not willingly disclose any personal details from your correspondence unless given permission.

IV. External Websites
Reverse Tide earns income through affiliate marketing. We have links to many external sites, which do typically offer paid products and services, and does collect personal information. Once you leave Reverse Tide’s site, we are powerless to influence or stop data collection/storage and have no control over what is done with it. Thus, if you access any other Web site that may be linked to or from the website, you should consult that website’s privacy policy. Reverse Tide takes no responsibility in the privacy policies or procedures outside our site.

V. Social Media Accounts
Reverse Tide is active on several social media platforms under the name “Reverse Tide” or some derivative of this name. We do not personally collect and store information, however, we do it use to market our site and communicate with users. Most social media sites collect a lot of information on its users. As is the case with other external sites, we are not responsible for social media collection and privacy policy and recommend you refer to their site’s policy.

VI. Automatic Information Collection
Web servers may automatically capture the following information from visitors to this website: the name of the domain, host, and IP address from which you access the internet, the internet address of the site from which you enter the Site, the pages you visit on the site and the amount of time you spend on the site.  This visitor information may be used to improve the services we offer.

When you visit the Site, a cookie may be placed on your computer for customizing and enhancing your experience on the Site. Your name and email address are not shared in this cookie. We may modify, alter or update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will not provide individual notice to you of changes to this Privacy Policy, but when we make updates to this Privacy Policy, we will update the date in this section.
